Satisfaction Guaranteed

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your new pair of Mert Skis, you may return them for either a refund or replacement. It’s your choice. To be eligible for either, you must notify Mert Skis by emailing bill@mertskis.com within thirty days of receipt of your skis. The skis must be in good condition. No core shots or major rock damage to base or edges. Mert Skis will then issue a return authorization via email. From the issuance of the return authorization, you have fifteen days in which to return the skis. Payment for return is your responsibility. If you want a refund, Mert Skis will write you a check. If you want a replacement pair of skis, Mert Skis will work with you to build what you want. Mert Skis will also pick up the tab for shipment of the skis to your door.

This program is limited to a total of one return and one refund or replacement.
